Back in June I facilitated a Singing Circle in Thousand Oaks, North of LA. The workshop was made up of a wonderful group of women from Venezuela, Chile, Perú, Colombia, México, Spain, and USA. Although they are all friends, they had never sang together, and they were a bit nervous. The excitement was there, and it was great for me to watch them unfold, little by little. We sang in harmony, improvised, and almost everyone came to the center of the circle to "solo". Each of their personalities manifested through their voice, what a treat to witness. Thanks ladies, for being brave and so much fun to sing with. Gracias a todas! We're planning a follow-up in mid August.
